# ZWISERFIT

> ZWISERFIT builds tools that sit on the user's side. Our incentive is aligned with the user's interest — we save you money, and we take no markup, no telemetry, no cut. LAO is our first open-source product — not our last. Built by people who have run real fitness businesses for ten years, including one gym that has stayed open for seven years in Dongguan — not a slide deck.

## LAO — Lineage Anchored Ontology

An independent third party between the LLM and the Runtime. It wraps existing calls (never replaces them): per-task model selection, cache-aware token optimization, intent lock, experience-anchored answer calibration, behavioral memory. LLM vendors sell tokens; runtimes move them; LAO watches the door for you.

## Experience as an asset

LAO turns settled experience into a confirmed user asset — with lineage, consent, revenue-share rules, and withdrawal rights. The marketplace currently displays confirmed experience for education; no live trading in this stage. The same settled experience feeds two products in preparation: Saros (digital store manager) and Melody (metabolism coach), each fine-tuned on confirmed, authorized experience — not scraped data.
