We don't ask you to trust our words. Here is what strangers said, and what it turned into β each item verifiable in public repositories.
They said: a Dev.to reader (Ali) proposed "regression replay" β a failure shouldn't just be logged; it should become a constraint that can never recur.
It became: real code β fixture_pair.py (blocked bad path / passed legal path), shipped in the public repository.
They said: a reader (Richard) emailed us 5 technical gaps β cross-provider model validation, missing usage signals, and more.
It became: every one of the 5 was fixed and released (v3.5.1), traceable in issue #9.
They said: a developer (Myriam) volunteered to proofread our English docs.
It became: pull request #29 β reviewed and merged. The first external code contribution to our org.
They said: a peer reviewer (ANP2) challenged a claim that outran its evidence β "absence of evidence is not evidence of absence."
It became: a standing rule: no public figure without verifiable evidence β now enforced on our Evidence page.
Challenge a number, propose a mechanism, proofread a page β the door works both ways. Serious feedback has a track record here of becoming real changes.
